Sometimes ops and admin teams just need HELP from an organizational outsider with technical expertise. Trust me, I’ve been there. It is hard to be able to look at the whole organizational picture when you are in the middle of addressing and creating things that matter and probably should have been done a long time ago. There really aren’t enough professional development and support options for entry to mid-level ops and admin staff, which is a shame. If you’re thinking about how to grow in this field, what you can do with the skills you are gaining from this position, or even need advice on how to navigate specific technical things, I’m your person. Leadership team support

Sometimes a leadership team may have a lot of good ideas but might be struggling on the “how.” I help leadership teams operationalize plans and break big goals down into tangible, practical steps, determine staffing, and assess risk. I also help leadership teams with strategic goal and mission alignment as well as communication and trust building, and planning for the future. Examples of support:

1-1 COACHING: Managers and leaders

Whether you’re a new manager or seasoned leader, sometimes it helps to talk through ideas, get support with strategic vision setting, work plan execution, and so on. I support leaders set realistic and accomplishable goals, and sharpen or develop their leadership and management skills that foster healthy and productive work environments. Examples of support:

  • Building communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking skills

  • Working on active listening, building trust, and giving and receiving regular, constructive feedback
