It is hard to be able to look at the whole organizational picture when you are in the middle of addressing and creating things that matter and probably should have been done a long time ago. Whether you’re a new manager or seasoned leader, sometimes it helps to talk through ideas, get support with strategic vision setting, work plan execution, and so on. I support leaders set realistic and accomplishable goals, and sharpen or develop their leadership and management skills that foster healthy and productive work environments. Examples of support:
